Healing

Healing takes effort. It takes a huge effort, especially after years and years of being hurt and stressed out. After years of being neglected and manipulated into making you feel horrible about yourself.

Went to Outerspace with Mew

Have you ever heard of this: "third time's the charm"? For me, the charm did not only work out on the (first and second) third time, but the fourth time as well. Yes, I met Jonas Bjerre in person again, for the fourth time. It's crazy.

38° Celcius

This might be super random, but I went to KL with my mom and aunties last month. Honestly though, I usually refused to go to Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Japan, anywhere when it's summer, because I can not stand the heat. However, last month I decided to go since I really, really needed a holiday.

It's Sushi Time!

I had my 27th birthday last week and as always, I asked my cousins and my brother to join me for a birthday lunch. So today I had a sushi date with my brother and two of my cousins. We went to the newly opened Sushi Hiro at Senopati.

I Went to Hogwarts!

Yep, I must cross this on my bucket list, another childhood dream came true: I finally went to Hogwarts at Universal Studios Osaka! As a die-hard fan of Harry Potter, writing this post still makes my heart squeals. It's actually the whole reason I went to Osaka, so be prepared because I guess this post will be quite long ;)

The Reasons Why I Love Japan: The F&B

I remember London has always been on the top of my list of places to visit before I die. I remember having this little notebook filled with collages that reminds me of London. Pictures of the stores I want to visit, the foods I want to try, the bands that actually one of the biggest reasons why I want to go there -- that book was like a visualisation media for me. However, when I went to Japan for a family holiday last January, the thoughts about having London on the top of my list just flew away. It happened the second I landed in Haneda Airport.

An Escape to Singapore

About four months ago, my cousin, Sisi, asked me if I wanted to join her on a short trip to Singapore for her uni break. She has only been there once -- went there for only two days and spent the first day at USS and the other at the airport because she needed to go to Bangkok -- so that's why she wants to go back to this modern city and she needs someone who can accompany and be her guide to explore this lion island. Of course I said yes.

Things That I've Learned In The Past 23 Years

I have been a huge fan of reading inspirational articles like, "Places You Should Visit Before You Die" or "Top 10 Restaurants You Should Try When You Go To London", stuff like that. It makes me want to write that kind of post to share in my blog, however because I haven't been to so many places around the world, I obviously can't create a "Places You Should Visit Before You Die" list. So, I decided to create a list of "Things That I've Learned in The Past 23 Years". It's from my personal opinion, experiences, and mostly advices from my parents and friends. I am creating this list for myself, so that when I have problems in the future, I could look back at this post and be happy.
